**NOT A TOUR** Please note that you are scheduling an in-person informational meeting at our temporary leasing office located at 990 Farmington Ave. Appointments are NOT being held at the actual community site. This meeting is to learn more about our highly anticipated new apartment community, construction progress, and the carefully curated features and finishes planned for our apartment homes. NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS. Touring is projected to begin Mid May and first move-ins are projected to take place between June- July. All dates and timelines are subject to change.
